Approved courses are never cancelled
We never cancel approved courses
All Web registrations are pending approval by ctc TrainCanada. Once ctc TrainCanada has approved your paying registration, it is our guarantee that we will not cancel your paying registration (all free courses, Audits, Demo’s Refreshers, etc., are subject to cancellation). We however, reserve the right to personalize all courses with two or less participants. Personalized courses cover the same material using a focused Instructor-Led training methodology over a shorter duration.

There is no consequence if you cancel your registration with a minimum of 10 business days notice prior to the first day of this course. Full payment is required if you cancel your registration within the non-cancellation period of 10 business days prior to the first day of the course. However substitutions are welcome. If you do need to cancel a public scheduled course within the 10 day non-cancellation period (not a client dedicated course), payment is to be made and a training voucher will be issued to you. This allows you to attend a future date for the same course at no charge.
