Standard services normally provided at our facilities include on-site technical support; continental breakfast and afternoon snack; full coffee/tea filtered water and soft drinks service available all day; email and courtesy phones for on site attendees If there are special needs that you require that are not shown, please let us know. ctc provides locations across Canada and the US – For more information on locations, please contact your National Rental Coordinator.

Payment and cancellation

Method of Payment

ctc accepts cash, cheque, VISA or MasterCard. Payment for rentals is expected on or before the first day of a rental.
As well, VISA or MasterCard payments can be received for rental delivered.

Cancellation Clause

All room rentals may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty, with a minimum of 10 Business Days notice.
A ll room rentals cancelled or rescheduled between 0 - 10 business days notice will be invoiced at the full Room Rental cost and Catering costs.
