About ctc TrainCanada®
Delivering understanding through human interaction
The instructor who involves the student in an explanation and demonstration of an idea can facilitate a thorough understanding of the subject in a very short time.
All of our training follows this structure: Understanding is attained by explaining “what” a feature does, “why” it will make the student more efficient in the workplace, “when” the feature can be used, and finally, “how” to use the feature.
Instructor-led Training
The most effective environment for understanding and learning is the instructor-led classroom. Our publicly scheduled classes have a maximum of 12 students; however, our average class size is six attendees. Each student has his or her own workstation and computer. A typical classroom day begins with the students and instructor agreeing to the training goals which are derived from, but not limited to, the course’s goal sheet. Each topic is discussed in the context of the workplace, with emphasis on how the feature can increase productivity. Business examples are used to demonstrate the cycle of the feature – all steps from beginning to end.
