National Room Rentals

ctc TrainCanada provides a variety of services to make your classroom rental simple and problem free. We understand that your goal is to have an optimal environment for your staff or clients while training. For information on availability, please contact the National Rental Coordinator. Services included in daily rate for TrainCanada Classroom Rentals

Standard services provided at our facilities include:

• ctc staff will meet and direct your students to appropriate classroom
• Full-time technical support team, 2 hours set-up time included
• Full-time managerial and administrative support
• Morning and afternoon snacks, unlimited coffee, tea & filtered water Soda available during lunch and afternoon break
• Wall white boards, comfortable office-style chairs, and plenty of workspace for each student
• Flexible classroom sizes, from computer lab conference and meeting rooms
• Variety of classroom layouts (Theatre Style, U-Shaped, Square or standard classroom)
• The classroom is prepared, educational material is distributed, the computers and network are correctly configured, your unique software is loaded, everything is ready

Additional Services

• After hours support
• Non standard hours and weekends available at most sites
• Half day bookings available (in most locations)
• Printers and other peripherals (i.e. flip charts) in the classroom

Catering

We can arrange lunch catering for your group. Choose from hot or cold meals. Additional catering items are available such as fruit trays, bottled water & bottled juice, contact the coordinator for the associated costs. Remember ctc TrainCanada includes coffee, tea, filtered water, pop during lunch and afternoon break, morning bagels/donuts and afternoon cookies in your daily rate.

Locations

We have the following locations: Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Markham, Toronto, Mississauga, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Halifax. We also have affiliate locations within the US and other Canadian cities. Contact the National Rental Coordinator if you require detailed facility documents (pictures, hotel recommendations, parking info. etc).

Payment and cancellation

Method of Payment

ctc TrainCanada® accepts cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Payment for rentals is expected on or before the cancellation deadline.

Cancellation Clause

All room rentals may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty, with a minimum of 10 business days notice. All room rentals cancelled or rescheduled between 0 - 10 business days notice will be invoiced at the full Room Rental cost and Catering costs. References
