To be eligible to receive the 20% promotional discount ("Promotion") on eligible Red Hat training courses as defined below (“Qualifying Courses”), Participant must enroll in, attend, and complete the Qualifying Courses, before 11:59 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) February 26, 2010, and provide valid payment (forms accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or personal check). Payment must be submitted upon enrolling in the Qualifying Courses. Failure to submit payment simultaneously with enrollment will disqualify Participant from the Promotion. Government employees are not eligible.

Promotion is subject to class and seat availability. Promotion IS VOID if the Participant reschedules, cancels, or receives a credit or refund on Qualifying Courses. If the Participant still wishes to attend a training course following a cancellation, credit, or refund, he or she must thereafter re-register. All courses and exams are subject to cancellation.
